Dr. M. Cengiz TAPLAMACIOGLU


Dr. M.Cengiz TAPLAMACIOGLU graduated from Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Gazi University (Ankara, Turkey). He received the degrees of M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University and in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU- Ankara, Turkey) and received the degree of Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics and System Engineering from University of Wales (Cardiff, UK). He has been a full time Professor of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering since 2000. His research interests and subjects are power systems, high voltage engineering, corona discharge and modeling, electrical field computation, measurement and modeling techniques, optical HV measurement techniques, power systems optimization and control, protection systems , lighting technics and applications.


Dr.Javad Rahebi


Dr. Javad Rahebi was born in Urmia, Iran, in January 1982. He received the B.S. degree in Communication Engineering in 2005 from the Faculty of Engineering Science at the Azad University of Urmia, Iran. He received the M.S. degrees in Communication System Engineering in 2009 from the Sadjad University of Technology, Mashhad, Iran. He received the Ph.D. at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. His current research interests lie in the field of image and signal processing, medical image analysis, optimization algorithms, communication engineering and wireless sensor networks. He has work experience at FIGES A.S., Roketsan, Havelsan, Middle East Technical University, Gazi University and Kara Harp Okulu. He has about 14 papers in science Journals, Scopus Journals and conference.


Dr.Mehmet Akif SENOL


Dr.Mehmet Akif SENOL obtained his PhD degree from Istanbul University (Turkey) in 2003, and He is a assistant professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Istanbul Gelisim University. He was the head of department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering between 2015 and 2016. He has been the Vice Dean and also member of Board of Directors of the Faculty of Engineering- Architecture since 2016. His research interests include high voltage technology, energy transmission and distribution, super conductive power cables and wires, electrical regulations (directives), reactive power compensation, renewable energy and energy efficiency. He raised masters students and is the author of many Turkish Electrical Directives (regulations). He is the co-editor of engineering sciences journal namely IJET. He was the co-chair ICPAS 2017: 4th International Conference on Pure and Applied Sciences: Renewable Energy, Nov.23-25, 2017, Turkey, and also reviewer for many outstanding engineering journals. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the ICTPE: International Conference on Technical and Physicals Problems of Electrical Engineering.
