A moment to pause, breathe and reset. 🌿 Rajalakshmi hosted a Breathwork & Mindfulness Workshop featuring Mr. Arun Rajkumar, Founder & Entrepreneur, Taroo Technologies, and Ms. Deepti Narayanan, Entrepreneur, Athreya Retail. Through practical breathing techniques and mindfulness activities, students explored ways to manage stress, improve concentration and build a healthier balance amid academic demands.
